These Open Platform Terms of Service ("Platform Terms") govern the use of Epiphanymind's open platform services, APIs, developer tools, and related services (collectively, the "Platform Services"). By accessing or using the Platform Services, you agree to these Platform Terms.

1. Platform Services Overview

Epiphanymind provides an open platform that allows developers and businesses to:

  • Access K2Sonnet AI models through APIs
  • Integrate AI capabilities into their applications
  • Build and deploy AI-powered solutions
  • Access developer tools, documentation, and support resources

2. Registration and Account Management

  • Developer Account: You must create a developer account to access Platform Services.
  • Accurate Information: Provide and maintain accurate, current account information.
  • Security: Keep your API keys, credentials, and account information secure.
  • Compliance: Ensure your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. API Usage and Limitations

  • Rate Limits: Platform Services may include rate limits, quotas, and usage restrictions.
  • Authentication: Use proper authentication methods as specified in our documentation.
  • Fair Use: Use Platform Services in accordance with fair use principles.
  • Monitoring: We may monitor API usage to ensure compliance and system integrity.

4. Developer Responsibilities

  • Resell or redistribute Platform Services without authorization
  • Generate content that violates our content policies

6. Data and Privacy

  • Data Processing: We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • User Data: You are responsible for handling user data in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Data Retention: We may retain API requests and responses for service improvement and compliance.

PLATFORM SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. EPIPHANYMIND'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED AS SET FORTH IN OUR GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE.

13. Changes to Platform Terms

We may update these Platform Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Platform Terms are governed by Hong Kong law. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Hong Kong courts.
