Welcome to Epiphanymind! Before accessing our services, please read these Terms of Service ("Terms"), which govern your use of K2Sonnet, K2Sonnet Pro, and any other products or services we offer for individuals (collectively, our "Services"). By accessing our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Please also review our Privacy Policy.

For API usage or the Epiphanymind Console, see our Commercial Terms of Service. Those terms do not apply to individual use of K2Sonnet.

1. Who we are

Epiphanymind is an AI development and application company.

2. Account creation and access

  • Minimum age: 18 or local age of consent, whichever is higher.
  • Account: Provide accurate information and keep credentials private. Notify us of unauthorized access at support@k2sonnet.com.
  • Business domains: Employer-owned email may link your Account to an enterprise subscription.
  • Evaluations: Personal, non-commercial trial use may be limited in duration or functionality.
  • Additional terms: Certain features may require extra terms or fees.

3. Use of our Services

You may use Services only per these Terms, the Supported Regions Policy.

Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

  • Violating laws or export regulations.
  • Developing competing AI products or reselling the Services.
  • Reverse-engineering or unauthorized data harvesting.
  • Automating access (except via API where permitted).
  • Infringing IP rights or unauthorized system access.
  • Relying on Outputs for financial or legal advice.
  • Disruptive actions (malware, DDoS, spamming).

4. Inputs, Outputs, Actions, and Materials

  • Inputs: Data you submit; Outputs: responses from K2Sonnet; Actions: tasks performed on your behalf. Together, all are "Materials."
  • You are responsible for your Inputs and any Actions taken. You warrant you have rights to any submitted data.
  • You retain rights in your Inputs; Epiphanymind assigns to you any rights we hold in Outputs.
  • Outputs may be inaccurate—verify critical information independently.

5. Feedback

Feedback you provide may be used by Epiphanymind without obligation to you.

6. Subscriptions, fees and payment

  • Fees: Listed on the Model Pricing Page. Provide valid billing info; charges are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Fee changes: You'll be notified ≥30 days before increases; continued use implies acceptance.
  • Subscriptions: Automatic renewal until canceled ≥24 hours before term end.
  • Cancellation: Via customer portal or support@k2sonnet.com (website subscriptions) or through the app store.

7. Third-party services and links

We aren't liable for third-party content or integrations; your use of such is at your own risk.

8. Content Moderation

Epiphanymind may remove or disable access to third-party content that violates these Terms or our policies.

9. Software

We may update our software automatically. Applicable open-source licenses govern that software portion.

10. Ownership of the Services

Epiphanymind and its licensors retain all rights in the Services; you receive only the limited rights expressly granted here.

11. Disclaimers and limitations of liability

YOUR USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. EPIPHANYMIND'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE PRIOR SIX MONTHS OR $100.

You agree to indemnify Epiphanymind and its affiliates for claims arising from your use or breach of these Terms.

12. General terms

  • Service changes: We may modify or discontinue Services without notice.
  • Terms changes: Continued use after notice implies acceptance of updated Terms.
  • Supplemental terms: Service-specific guidelines may apply and will govern in case of conflict.
  • Termination: We may suspend or terminate access for breaches; paid subscriptions may be pro-rated or remain non-refundable per the section above.
  • Survival: Sections on fees, ownership, disclaimers, and general terms survive termination.
  • Export controls and legal compliance: You must comply with applicable export and embargo laws.
  • Governing law: Hong Kong law governs; disputes settle exclusively in Hong Kong courts.
